Children entering Kindergarten of Fall 2018 are invited with their families to visit the Gan class at the Greenburgh Hebrew Center, in Dobbs Ferry, on Sunday April 22 from 11am – noon. Participants will enjoy a fun art project, singing and experience a sample Gan class. Adults will have the opportunity to learn more about the dynamic Religious School at GHC.

The Gan (Kindergarten) Class meets every Sunday during the school year for 2 hours and follows the public school calendar. The Gan class provides students with a strong educational base in Hebrew, Jewish customs, holidays, and values. Music and prayer with Cantor Janet is an integral part of the curriculum. To learn more about the Religious School of Greenburgh Hebrew Center or to RSVP, please contact Amy Kessler, School Director, at DirectorEd@g-h-c.org or 914-693-4260.

The Greenburgh Hebrew Center is a fully egalitarian Conservative synagogue serving the Rivertowns and adjacent communities.  The synagogue welcomes traditional, interfaith, and blended families, singles, and LGBTQ participants, and has daily services that are spirited and participatory.
