HILLTOP HANOVER FARM AND EDUCATIONAL CENTER

A working crop farm and environmental education facility located in Yorktown Heights, NY. Formerly a dairy farm, and with roots dating back to the 1600’s, today Hilltop Hanover acts as a regional education hub offering programs on healthy and sustainable food production, skills for small-scale suburban and urban farmers, and sustainable living practices for local communities. The farm is committed to donating at least 10% of annual vegetable production to local food pantries.


 

Weekly delivery of produce

Shares are designed for two adult non-vegetarians.  Portions will include at least 5 different varieties, which may include carrots, leeks, fennel bulbs, leafy greens, cucumbers, summer squash, tomatoes, basil, other seasonal herbs, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli rabe, eggplant, peppers, onions, radishes, and beets.

Delivery season: 20 weeks, June – October (Day TBD) • Flexible pickup at GHC 

Share price: $350 (let us know if you want to “share a share”.  We’ll try to help find a share partner.)
