Greenburgh Hebrew Center Religious School

GHC Religious School

At the Greenburgh Hebrew Center Religious School, we know that for children to learn, they must feel both welcome and valued in a warm, stimulating and nurturing environment. Our children are engaged multi-sensory learners who participate in a departmentalized program, where they receive instruction in Hebrew language, prayer, holidays, life-cycle events and Jewish History. Our school fosters a love of Judaism, community and Israel.

We offer a full program of studies for children in grades Kindergarten through 7 as well as a Hebrew High School experience. Classes meet on Sundays from 10:00 am-1:00 pm and Wednesdays 4:15-6:15 pm. Junior Congregation on Shabbat mornings reinforces classroom learning through prayer, song and drama.
