Greenburgh Hebrew Center

A spirited, Conservative egalitarian congregation with over 400 member families. We are located in the village of Dobbs Ferry in the New York metropolitan area, in lower Westchester County. It is the mission of GHC to promote the perpetuation of Judaism from generation to generation and to serve as a focal point for Jewish life in the community.

We have met our goal!We met our goal! This year for the High Holy Days we will be using the new holyday prayer book, Lev Shalem, "A Full Heart." More than a dozen years in the making, the user-friendly machzor contains new translations, transliterations, commentaries, and a pleasing to the eye layout. We are thrilled that our congregational responded so positively to our outreach.
